Ich Bin Ein Birther!

I saw on television this week that President Kennedy (who is dead) once said "Ich Bin Ein Berliner" which means "I am a citizen of Berlin." Even though he really wasn't a citizen of Berlin, he said it to "underline the support of the United States for West Germany 22 months after the Soviet-supported Communist state of East Germany erected the Berlin Wall as a barrier to prevent movement between East and West." (Wiki)

Today, I think everybody should say "Ich bin ein Birther!" even if you aren't a Birther to show support for what the Birthers have proven about Obama. Which isn't that he was necessarily born in Kenya yet, but that Obama has some serious competence problems and serious personality problems.

Because think about it like this. Assuming he is really an American, then why hasn't he been able to put out the Birther problem? On a scale of 1 to 10, this is about a level of "1" and all it takes is a $10 document put into PUBLIC. Yet, it has been since July 13, 2008 since he has given up anything, which then was just the PICTURE on the Internet. Even though 58% of Americans (not just Republicans)have some degree of doubt about where he was born. Obama is not a competent person.

Why he hasn't done anything at all for over two years proves that Obama has personality problems, too, because LOGICALLY, there are four basic reasons why he hasn't bothered to end this controversy (KISS):

1. KENYA. He is born in Kenya.
2. IGNORANT. Obama is too ignorant to think of the simple answer.
3. SNOBBY. Obama thinks Americans are too stupid to believe the REAL THING!
4. SLIMY. Obama thinks it is OK to make some Americans look crazy if it gets him votes.

Sooo, even if you think Birthers are CRAZY to think No.1, Kenya, then the other three choices mean that Obama has serious mental issues, namely IGNORANT or SNOBBY or SLIMY. None of these are real good things for a president to be.

So here is why you should say "Ich bin ein Birther!" even if you think we are all crazy. Because our battle with Obama has proven these two very important things:

1. Obama is really, really INCOMPETENT!
2. Obama has bad personality problems if he is really is American!

Thank you for listening!

  1. Obama has already published his official birth certificate from Hawaii, and the Republican officials of the Department of Health and the Republican governor of Hawaii have confirmed the facts that he was born in Hawaii in 1961. The Certification of Live Birth became Hawaii's official birth certificate in 2001, and Hawaii has not sent out copies of the original birth certificate since that date--not even to people born before 2001.

The Wall Street Journal said: "Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii. No one has produced any serious evidence to the contrary. Absent such evidence, it is unreasonable to deny that Obama has met the burden of proof. We know that he was born in Honolulu as surely as we know that Bill Clinton was born in Hope, Ark., or George W. Bush in New Haven, Conn."

The reason that he has not been able to "put out the birther problem" is that there are sites willing to lie about his birth in Hawaii. Some say for example that Obama was born in Kenya, and that there is a "birth certificate" from Kenya proving it. But it is a forged birth certificate. Some sites say that Obama's Kenyan grandmother said that he was born in Kenya. But in fact she said that he was born in HAWAII. (The sites simply cut off the tape before she was asked the question "Where was he born?"

Obama’s Kenyan grandmother NEVER said that he was born in Kenya. She said repeatedly in the taped interview that he was born in Hawaii, where his father was studying, and she said in another interview that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama’s birth was in a letter from Hawaii.

  2. To Anonymous:

All the things you say are true, and you might even be right that nobody should have ever questioned it. But the reality is that people did question it.

After it was questioned, Obama put a PICTURE on the Internet on July 13, 2008, and since then just NOTHING! A U.S. President has to deal with reality and somewhere in early 2009, I think, he should have put a bumpy birth certificate out in PUBLIC to put the fire out.

If he had, then I would not be a Birther. But what I have seen is that he just keeps on NOT coughing one up, way past the point that it can be ignored. I mean, how hard is this??? If people are not sure where you are born, you just cough up some documents and shut them up.

Now some people might not believe it ever. But I would. I know there are more people like me out there who would believe proof. The bumpy ones only cost $10, so go buy 100 of them and spread them around. That would only cost $1,000 and is less than one lawyer for one of the 70-80 lawsuits would cost.

There is just no good reason NOT to do it. It sure wouldn't hurt anything. And I think it would help.

  3. Obama was the first US president to have shown his birth certificate in public. He put a picture of it on the Internet because that is the only way that he can show it.

He showed the only birth certificate that he CAN show, the official birth certificate of Hawaii, which happens to be the ONLY birth certificate that Hawaii has issued since 2001.

In addition to SHOWING the document, the facts on the document were confirmed by the officials in Hawaii--who happen to be members of a Republican governor's administration. Then the Republican governor of Hawaii also confirmed the fact that Obama was born in Hawaii, and she even listed the name of the Hospital, which was the same as the witness said (http://www.buffalonews.com/incoming/article137495.ece)

This happens to be a great deal more proof of birth in the USA than any other president has ever shown. And there really isn't any question that Obama was born in the USA among the Congress, nor was there with the Electoral College, nor was there with the Chief Justice.

The Electoral College gave Obama all the votes that he had won in the general election--despite a campaign by birthers and two-fers to have them switch their votes. The Congress confirmed Obama's election UNANIMOUSLYdespite a campaign by birthers and two-fers to have them vote against. The chief justice swore him in--despite letters from birthers and two-fers.

Such conservatives as Ann Coulter, Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck call birthers crazy.

As for Obama buying more copies of the BC and spreading them around. First, the birthers would not be satisfied by that because they insist that they must see the original birth certificate, and Hawaii no longer sends out copies of the original, so Obama cannot show it.

Second, it makes no sense for the president of the United States to give in to his enemies, which of course would be what this would be doing. It would appear weak.

And, of course, if there is significant expense in Obama's side of the lawsuits (There is actually very little, since he can keep filing the same papers each time--papers saying that the other side does not have standing), then the birthers are spending the same amount or, more likely, much more.

What you could do, if you want to see the original birth certificate, or what birthers could do if they really wanted to see the original birth certificate, is petition the governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, a Republican, to change the rules so that the original can be sent out. But currently the rules in Hawaii are not to send out the original to anyone, but to send only the new, short-form certification of live birth, which has been the official birth certificate of Hawaii since 2001.

What they do instead is to claim that Obama could show the original birth certificate. But that is a deliberate lie because Hawaii does not send it out any more. But such lies are normal in the birther community. Much of the steam for the birther movement comes from the claim that Obama's Kenyan grandmother said that she was present when he was born in Kenya. But she actually said in separate interviews that he was born in Hawaii.
